I would highly recommend 1st Gear Motors!!!I bought my first car from them just over 3 weeks ago. Now I am driving it daily and its running fantastic.I spoke to Faz who was very helpful, as well as Shaheen. They did a fresh MOT and helped me sort out my vehicle tax.On the day of me receiving my car, Faz noticed a slight issue with the brake pads. He let me know ASAP, and sorted the issue out and delivered my car. If your looking for great customer service and great quality cars then look no further than 1st gear motors!

The service was faultless and very friendly,every question I had was honestly answered.They organised home delivery and the gentleman who delivered explained all the details and paperwork,making sure we where happy with the car before leaving.The young man at 1st Gear Motors,North East even organised the car tax for us,I would reccomend them to anyone.

Faz & his staff were brilliant, on the purchase of my first car just after passing my test. They checked the car over, replacing a few things before i came to collect it. Brilliant and friendly, would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience overall. Really well informed and ended up finding a lovely little car that I adore. My mam thinks she will even be returning when she needs a new car as we had such a great experience with the dealer he was super helpful and friendly with a great little bunch of cars to choose from.

No pressure and friendliness from faz was great customer service..unfortunately the car did develop a clutch problem but was immediately fixed and a courtesy car offered..would definitely recommend a visit if needing a second hand motor.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from Faz at 1st gear motors, he brought car to me to be test viewed and arranged for it to be delivered a few days later after he had serviced and cleaned the car, really impressed

Great service start to finish, don't let the fact it's a smaller dealership put you off, no pressure to buy, allowed to look at own pace without a sales guy hovering over you. Staff very friendly and k owledgable and really quick turn around from putting deposit down to driving the car away. Would highly recommend.
